
This project is a new plant food HACEP chicken ready to serve an area of 42,000 sq.ft. The plant includes work rooms in which the chilled chicken is cut, marinated and placed on skewers. Subsequently, it is routed in a spiral freezer and put in packages. This plant was designed to be well lit with light fixtures with protective water for easy washing. Also, systems for vapor cold water, hot water, cold water washing and high pressure compressed air have been designed to meet diverse needs.
