This project consists in building the new IKEA store for IKEA Properties Ltd. in Boucherville. The building also includes offices, a cafeteria, a kitchen and sale areas. The lighting was designed to suit the specific client’s needs and the different height of the different areas. The ventilation used for the offices was induction type, ensuring an air distribution without draft. Air conditioning of the building is assured by rooftop units operating with refrigerant R-410A. This refrigerant is HFC and meets environmental standards of ASHRAE for efficiency and air quality.
