This new construction includes a soccer field within an area of 75,000 sq.ft. which offers a playing surface according to FIFA standards. The fitness center includes a gymnasium and a palestra, locker rooms with showers, offices, a shop, a cafeteria and a community hall. The project includes a solar wall, a system of geothermal heating and cooling, a heat recovery unit and radiant heat system to optimize energy consumption of the building. The project was completed within one year, including design and construction with no cost overruns.
