The building total floor area is 71,500 sq.ft., spread over 5 floors. The ground floor and first floor each cover an area of 15,000 sq.ft.. The basement is used for parking and storage. The space conditioning system of the building consists of chillers on water loops, connected to a ground source heat exchanger. This system provides precise amount of heating and cooling to the building according to actual needs of each tenant. The dedicated outside air supply system is equipped with an energy recovery device and a rainwater recovery system provides water to plumbing fixtures, whose number exceeds the provincial standards, for all occupants of all floors.
