This project consists in building the head office and the distribution centre of Aldo Group, for a total of 520,000 sq.ft. of warehouse and 220,000 sq.ft. of offices in Saint-Laurent. The warehouse is air-conditioned with rooftop units adding up to 625 tons of air conditioning. The offices are air-conditioned and warmed with 450 tons of heat pumps connected to a network of tempered water linked with a fluid tower of a 500-ton capacity. So, the internal heating supply loads are transfer to perimeter spaces during winter.
