Cité Nouveau Monde is a development of luxurious places of residence mixed in a centre of businesses and high-level shops, which marries life of district and specialized services. This project consists in building 49 units containing a big terrace, a ward of meeting, a centre of businesses, shops as well as an internal car parking of 90 places. The systems of air conditioning are linked on a water tower. Two electric entrances were necessary on two different voltages to avoid installing an appendix room. An inner courtyard with opened sky lets penetrate into the light in the heart of building so creating one oasis of greenery matched by a fountain accessible to the residents.
