This project consists of the transformation of a building built in 1912 in 12 luxury places of residence with private terrace. The complexity of the project lies in the adaptation of the electromechanic systems according to a quasi-hundred-years-old architecture constructed, in the time, according to needs which today evolved a lot. These units are air-conditioned in an individual way and contain high capacity kitchen hoods to accommodate gas stove.
